Div 1 Week 20 – Wetherill Park – 20 July

The division bowled 11 pins over average at Wetherill Park with 42 200 games and 12 600 series. The high game went to Robert Mitreski with his first perfect 300 and new high game for 2019, followed by Robert Vamvas 257, Wolf Miller 256, Brett Foster and Dave Landrigan 248, Michael Burrows 247, Jared Kirkland and Michael again 244 and Robert Vamvas again 241. The series went to Michael 728, Robert Mitreski 697, Wolf 694, Brett 685, Robert Vamvas 670, Dave 652, Jared 648, Allan Taylor 639, Dave 628 and Adam Burrows 612. The ladies high game went to Amy Brown 289, also a new high game for 2019, Carol Stenstra 221, Amy again 214, Carol again 205, Helen Cios 202, Rebeccanne Farr 194, Melissa Webb 192, Amy Martin 191, Amy Brown 190 and Abigail Keith-Wheatley 187. The series went to Amy Brown 693, Carol 597, Helen 550, Amy Martin 537, Jodie Terry 519, Margaret Abdilla 517, Julie Strickland 508, Hayley van Bueren 501, Debbie van der Meer 500 and Rebeccanne 499.

Leaders Bowlarama Blackjacks beat 2nd place Tenpin City Dark Knights 12-7 increasing their lead to 13½ points while 3rd place Wetherill Park Guns lost 10-9 against 4th place Bowlarama Gorillas who closed the gap to ½ point behind Guns. Gosford Grenades won 14-5, Strathfield 5 of a Kind scored 17 on the bye, Campbelltown City Chihuahuas and Rooty Hill Rogues both won 10-9. The high game went to Chihuahuas 1017, followed by Blackjacks with 1006 and 1004 and Guns 999. The series went to Blackjacks 2925, Chihuahuas 2831 ad Dark Knights 2777.


Div 2 Week 22 – Strathfield Superbowl – 20 July

The division bowled ½ pin under average at Strathfield with 29 200 games and 5 600 series. The high game went to Madison McCooey with 287, a new high for 2019, followed by a 249, with reserve Rose Lucas and kathy Compton 201, Jasmine Hall 181, Sandra Burchall 180, Madison again 179, Sandra again 177 and Angela Francis and Ancita Levy 175. The high series went to Madison 715, a new record for Division 2 Female series, followed by for the ladies, Sandra 513, Angela 487, Rose and Kathy 486, Jasmine 466, Marianne Keith 465, Fay Pipe 462, Dallas Archer 459 and reserve Lisa Love 455. The male high game went to Nick Frost and Phil Isaac 226, followed by Nadim El Haddad and Tony Sutton 225, Nadim again and Nick again 223, Rohan Burchall and Michael Heynsdyk 221 and Rohan again 220. The male series went to Nick 654, Rohan 619, Les Dunn 613, Nadim 602, Michael 597, Craig Carr 591, Tony 579, Franck Hervouet 572 Ray Dillon 561 and Nicholas Baker 551.

Leaders Rooty Hill Rhinos beat 2nd place Strathfield Vikings 12-7 to extend their lead to 24 ½ points as Vikings dropped to 4th spot and Bowlarama Alleycatz won 15-4 to take 2nd and Campbelltown City Sixers won 1-7 to take 3rd spot. Lidcombe Lynx won 11-8 to take 5th spot and Rooty Hill Strikers won 12-7 to retain 7th spot. Western Force won 14-5, Wetherill Park Rebels won 12-7 as did Rooty Hill Pikachoos. The high game went to Rebels 909, Lynx 898 and Strikers 890. The series went to Rebels 2670, Strathfield Sharks 2588 and Lynx 2551.
