Div 1 Week 11 – Wetherill Park – 27 April

The division bowled 7 pins over average at Wetherill Park with 36 200 games and 8 600 series. The high game went to reserve Ronnie Lang 238, with Ray Vandine and reserve Kevin Fox 235, Wolf Miller 234, Garry Ridgeway 233, reserve Michael McLaren 232, Brett Foster and Michael Burrows 225 and Luke McMahon and Wolf again 224. Leaders Bowlarama Blackjacks scored 16 ½ on the bye and increased their lead to 7 points as 2nd place Tenpin City Dark Knights won 12-7. 3rd place Bowlarama Gorillas lost 13-6 to Strathfield 5 of a Kind but remained in 3rd as Gosford Grenades in 4th place lost 11-8 to Rooty Hill Rogues, also retaining their spot. Fairfield Odd Bodz moved within 4 points of 4th winning their match 13-6, while Campbelltown City Chihuahuas won 13-6 to move up to 8th spot. The high game went to Blackjacks 1022, Dark Knights 983 and Odd Bodz 958. The series went to Blackjacks 2869, Dark Knights 2712 and 5 of a Kind 2706.

Div 2 Week 11 – Tenpin City – 27 April.

The division bowled 1½ pins under average at Tenpin City with 21 200 games and 5 600 series. The high game went to Tony Sutton 257, Ray Dillon 242, Robert Ciacciarelli 239, Brendan Barker 235, Kyle Keith-Wheatley 226, reserve Josh Bayliss 224, John Dowton 219, Les Dunn 213, Nick Frost 212 and Matt Anderson 211. The series went to Tony 622, Brendan 613, Kyle 608, Ray 607, Robert 603, Nadim El Haddad 575, Les Dunn 573, Joe Luca 548, Chris Prince 546 and Matt Burchell 543. Leaders Rooty Hill Rhinos extended their lead to 14 points winning 16-3 as 2nd place Strathfield Vikings won 10-9 against 4th place Lidcombe Lynx. 3rd place Bowlarama Alleycatz lost 11-8 to Rooty Hill Pikachoos and dropped to 5th spot, while Strathfield Sharks moved from 5th to 3rd winning 12-7. Mittagong Highlanders won 13-6 to move up to 7th place while Campbelltown City Sixers won 11-8 against Western Force to move into equal 8th spot with them. Rooty Hill Explosion won 13-6 and Windsor Wildcats won 11½ - 7½. From 2nd to 7th is just 10½ points. The high game went to Sixers 949, followed by Rhinos 913 and Western Force 878. The series went to Sixers 2692, Rhinos 2578 and the Force 2472.
