Div 1 Week 25 – Wetherill Park – 5 August
The division bowled 6½ pins over average at Wetherill Park with 51 200 games and 19 600 series. The high game went to Mark Ward, Brett Foster and Shane Brown, all bowling 268, followed by Shane again 259, Peter Daly 258, reserve Brendan Harris 257, Chris Bedwell 246, Brendan again 239 and 238 and Brad Searle 236. The series went to Brendan 734, Shane 726, Brett 693, Mark 671, Doug Elliott 649, Peter 640, Brad 632, David Woolgar 629 and Reece Hines 626. The ladies high game went to Janelle Crass and Michelle Simmonds with 246 each, Amy Brown 233, Michelle again 215, Amy again 213, Sindy Searle 204, Michelle again 201, Kayleen Watts 192, Meaghan Curtis 191 and Janelle again 190. Leaders Wetherill Park Guns played 2nd place Tenpin City Reaper Crew and lost 12-7, dropping to 2nd by ½ point, while 3rd place Wetherill Park Bandits drew with Rooty Hill Rogues. 4th place Campbelltown Cougars won 13-6 to move within 1½ points of 3rd spot, Wetherill Park Outsiders won 12-7 and Campbelltown Jaguars won 10-9. The high game went to Cougars 1070 and 1040, Reaper Crew 1056, 1010 and 1008, Bandits 1047, Rogues 1011, Outsiders 1003 and Bowlarama Hotshots 1001. The series went to Reaper Crew 3074, Cougars 3002 and Outsiders 2943.
Div 2 Week 25 – Campbelltown City – 5 August
The division bowled 1 pin under average at Campbelltown with 28 200 games and 5 600 series. The high game went to Mikel Petersen 290, setting a new high for the season, while Ray Dillon score 238, Mohi Rameka 233 and 227, Robert Vamvas and Robert Mitreski- 225, Michael Pipe 222, Jared Kirkland 221 and 216 with Chris Prince also scoring 216. The series went to Mikel 720, Jared 615, Mohi 607, Robert Vamvas 602, Murray Walker 598, John Dowton 597, Ray 580, Michael Burrows 576, Michael Pipe 575 and Michael Campbell 570. The ladies high game went to Ros Dowton with 214 and 211, Carol Stenstra 208, Angela Francis 203, Wendy Kennedy 195, Rebeccanne Farr 192, Madison McCooey and Ros again 189, Sharon Murphy 186 and Maria Wrublewski 184 and 183. Leaders Wetherill Whisperers scored 17 on the bye and retained top spot on win percentage, 2nd place Strathfield Tigers drew with Campbelltown Alleygators while 3rd place Rooty Hill Rhinos lost 11-8 to Bowlarama Alleycatz. Bowlarama Dolphins maintained equal 4th spot with Alleycatz also winning 11-8, while Gosford Grenades also won 11-8 while Rooty Hill Rumble won 10-9 and Campbelltown City Thunder won 10½ - 8½. The high game went to Whisperers 983, Alleygators 966 and Grenades 940. The series went to Alleygators 2739, Tigers 2730 and Whisperers 2691.
Div 3 Week 25 – Strathfield Superbowl – 5 August
The division bowled 6 pins under average at Strathfield with 8 200 games. The high game went to Robert Kelly 244, Matt Smith 235, Dave Anderson 216, Nathan Bracey, Vince Granturco and reserve Bob Cohen 211, Matt Morris 210, Vince again 203 and Bob Quinn 198. Leaders Lidcombe Looneys won 17-2 extending their lead on win percentage as 2nd place Campbelltown Dragons lost 11-8 to Wetherill Park All Stars who moved up to 4th spot from 5th. 3rd place Rooty Hill Pikachoos won 11-8, while Gosford Giants won 13-6 and Bowlarama Lollipops 16-3. The high game went to Pikachoos 921, Giants 861 and Looneys 851. The series went to Giants 2464, Looneys 2440 and Pikachoos 2419.
